Custom Theme Manager has now reached its latest version, v4.0.2. Currently, if you download an older or an uncompleted version, you may not be able to access the app or load custom themes source even if your internet is on. The errors you might have include: unable to load JSON, unable to connect to the server, etc.
Once you’ve downloaded the latest version and gained access to the custom theme store, you’ll be able to install themes and easily choose the one that best suits your PS Vita.
